Horrible Product, Horrible Service

Horrible service!! Every second day the phone is not working. Can never check our data balance. One of our cordless phones have not been working for more than a month now. Issue was reported via email - no response. Phone has been off the whole day, and this is not the first time! POOR customer service and POOR product!!
