Has never worked.
The voice over internet system has never worked. When one complains they send out technicians who cannot get the system working but one is heavily charged for this. Was promised that if the system did not work they would gladly remove their equipment and cancel the contract. In fact, one has to pay the full five year contract fee plus a early cancellation fee of R12000.00.Do not under any circumstances do business with this Company.

Please note that you are required and bound by the contract you signed to pay for the entire duration of your contract even if you requested to cancel/ terminate your contract.
You were sent a settlement quote after your request to cancel, of which you did not acknowledge and pay within the 14 days you were given to do so. You were also sent a cancellation form which was also not signed and returned to us.
As we are nearing the end of our partnership, we request that you please send us a letter of cancellation with your company's letterhead. Please note that cancellations take 2 months to process and clear.
Please send your cancellation letter to ***.
