Wow! From poor service to still billing us every month after we cancelled our subscription with them last year October 2023. In December they tried to debit R19,000 from our account and now every month they deduct R1,900. I must stop these debit orders manually as Nedbank is also too *********** to make sure they cannot deduct money from our account. Don't ever get involved with Nxatel, you will regret it almost every day.
