Customer account/service

My contract with Nxatel was cancelled in 2014 but they keep sending statements saying i owe them money even though i was in credit with them when closing my account and they refused to give back my credit.

Please be careful with this conpany they put debit orders through what ever amount they want to they refuse to listen to customer complaint they never follow up and really do not solve any issues!
