I BOUGHT AND PAID FOR NEXOVERA MOBILE SPA WHICH IS PART OF A COMPANY CALLED SHOP ON THE 5TH OF SEPTEMBER 2025 AND NEVER RECEIVED IT AS YET, THEY GAVE A FALSE TRACKING NUMBER FOR DHL WHICH DOESN'T EXSIST. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF *******, PEOPLE SHOULD BE WARNED AGAINST THEM.

Nexovera is a ******** enterprise - don't touch them
I rep**** to an advert for a discounted umbrella that was a Woolworths/Checkers product, and paid by credit card. I received an acknowledgement from *** with a promise that the product had been shipped and that I would receive it soon. Since then, two emails from ***, assuring me the same. No reply to my queries how long would delivery take, from where was it being shipped and would I have to pay customs duty. I received two "undeliverable" messages for the *** address and no further replies from ***. This is obviously a ******** **** to which I have foolishly fallen victim. Shame on Nexovera (so-called) and ***. Don't touch them!

I bought a bicycle on 9 September 2025 from Nexovera and they confirmed the delivery was shipped, but until today 24/10/2025 did not received anything. This company Nexo-vera is advertising under the Checkers and Woolworths Name. To date I do not have an order number and the reply from customer services was from a hotmail account. I sent an email to them a few times but they do not reply back.

Ordered a Pickupp Y electric tricycle and paid R1400 on credit card. They confirmed delivery has been activated but never delivered the product. False address in Cape Town and changing email address continuously. Its a **** stay away. Impossible to contact them.
