Nexovera is a ******** enterprise - don't touch them

I rep**** to an advert for a discounted umbrella that was a Woolworths/Checkers product, and paid by credit card. I received an acknowledgement from *** with a promise that the product had been shipped and that I would receive it soon. Since then, two emails from ***, assuring me the same. No reply to my queries how long would delivery take, from where was it being shipped and would I have to pay customs duty. I received two "undeliverable" messages for the *** address and no further replies from ***. This is obviously a ******** **** to which I have foolishly fallen victim. Shame on Nexovera (so-called) and ***. Don't touch them!
