I bought a bicycle on 9 September 2025 from Nexovera and they confirmed the delivery was shipped, but until today 24/10/2025 did not received anything. This company Nexo-vera is advertising under the Checkers and Woolworths Name. To date I do not have an order number and the reply from customer services was from a hotmail account. I sent an email to them a few times but they do not reply back.
