Worst Service Provider

I missed a month payment. They suspend my service but billed me for June. I have to pay the full amount of June month even though my services were suspended. I'm on month to month. Payed the full amount plus the R40 increase and R100 reconnection fee for July but they refuse to restore my services or refund me after begging me to join again. Besides you pay full amount every month but they are always offline half of the month. They service are very bad....let you hold on for ever if you call and don't reply reply to emails.
