Unprofessional Service – Request for Management to Contact Me

Does Newco have professional people running the company, or is it just "nyaope boys" handling customer concerns? The level of service I’ve received has been utterly disappointing. New Client, I was disconnected for an invoice I never received, and despite my clear explanation of their error of sending an invoice elsewhere, they top it up to send me unrespectful e-mails. This is not how a professional organization should operate. I request that someone from management call me directly to address this matter, before i blow it out of proportion unapologetically.
