They deserve a 0 Rating

If there was a 0 rating I would have given them exactly that, because that's what they deserve. Two to three times a week they have network issues without even alerting us, and when you call and ask, their staff members are rude, and always have a "I DON'T KNOW" answer at the tip of their tongues. If I knew I wouldn't have wasted my time subscribing to this USELESS fibre.
