SERVICE FAILURE

Disgusted it's an understatement when coming to this company's service, I pay month in month out and send them POP using same details but now they have the audacity to suspend their services for God knows what, How they miss things like this is beyond me.... I therefore demand that they fix this with immediate effect. I have sent them the POP countless times and now they are not even picking their calls. Their numbers suddenly went dead and you have to listen to the stupid automated voicemail. Clearly there is no form of accountability on their side as they are not responding their emails as well. This kind of service will definitely cause people to jump ship. This is utter nonsense. They better get back to me with an apology and do right by their clients....CONTACT NUMBER *** INNOCENTIA
