Payment made 28th but got Suspended!!!!

Paid 28th, and still got suspended today after many emails to their accounts department and phonecalls to a number that does not work. Had to contact Linteg for sort of escalation via their sales department. If I had other sp in my area I would move. I need internet for work perposes and could not work at all due to this incompetence and lack of dont care attitude. I better not be charged the reconnection fee for your mess. Infact I should be charging you for loss of income and time spend trying to fix this mess.
