Newco Fibre no service

I wake up this morning to find my account suspended. While I paid over the weekend via an immediate EFT, most of my payments are normally processed on the same date of the month and this has never happened before. Previously there was an instance I also paid and my payment was not allocated. The service sucks big time and when you call accounts they assist you with an attitude. Most of the time we're stuck without connection for days and they do not discount us for the inconvenience. I am not happy at all.
