Newco FIBRE cut of my wifi even though I paid 14 days before due date

I paid for my wifi 2 weeks before due date and someone at Newco allocated my funds to whatever account they liked not mine. I sent an email after receiving one from accounts that I had not paid. I responded with my proof payment sent directly to accounts at- a case was opened and directed to Danielle and today my wifi was cut off. I emailed them yesterday to ask what was happening but because they have no respect for clients they ignored my email. If my wifi will be cut off please send my money back. I will take legal issue even if it costs me more than what I paid just to teach you to respect clients.
