INCOMPETEND!!!!!

Ticket number 111168. Been struggling with these *********** Service Provider for Months now. Yesterday I phoned them regarding my line that's off. Today they notified me that it's going to be off for 2 to 3 weeks, because there are contractors busy digging a hole, and they cannot fix the line until the contractors is finished with that. Yet they will NOT give me discount for the days my line is NOT working.
