If you have another option don't use NewCo Fibre

The worst internet service provider I've had, they have constant outages and if you ask about previous outages they deny that they ever happened (we've had 3 outages this week that we have gotten mail about and as I write this I'm in a 4th outage, I called them and they deny the other outages even happened this week), their call center drops calls constantly, they ask if they can call you back and then never call back, the people working support at the call center often don't know what they're doing, their ticket system is a hopeful suggestion but never gets addressed, they don't let you access your own router someone from their side needs to come to your house to change any settings, they block VPNs, they don't admit to it but I experience a cutoff from some gaming services and sites at almost exactly 7PM every day.
