Horrible and ******* service

This people decided to suspend my line after I made payment for the month. I had an interview today and I could not attend due to their incompetence. If you know what's good for you do not sign up with NewCo Fibre you will be frustrated. Their contact number is also not working. You can call a hundred times without any success. You send emails they also do not respond. I am beyond annoyed.
