Account suspended even though up to date

There is nothing to rate. This filthy company Newcofibre/Linteq, on month to month between 3rd and 6th we are cut off due to *********** accounts department. We have opted to pay around 25th of every month and send payment confirmations. I am suspended according to the email just received. Guess what, accounts can only lift it on Monday.
