You can't block Unauthorized Users
So Net Nine Nine doesn't have a way where it's customers can see who is connected to their Wifi and block them. Their only Option is to change the Password.I don't want to change the Password, I just want to block unauthorized users. How long has this company been operating again?

However, they suggest that you change your password in case you suspect any unauthorized access. Our support team is available from 8 am to 9 pm, ensuring reliable assistance outside of regular business hours you can change your password on our App that can be downloaded on the Play Store or App Store, or via logging a ticket on our website.
