You are better off without fibre internet than with net99

I had my fibre installed a week ago by net99 and a week later, the thing is still not live. I spent the whole week calling them, and they were taking me from pillar to post and I was offered plenty empty promises... and so finally their maintenance team member show up to sort out the issue. He does his thing and tells me it should be up and running in an hour and I'll get my logins soon. 6 hours later no internet connection up until I bother to call. Now the internet is up running and guess what??? It is slower than Dinosaur age internet connection. I cant even hold a zoom meeting with this thing, Never mind streaming audio or video. Its the worst ever. After this im reporting them with the Competition Commission for false advertising fast internet. I mean its FIBRE for crying out loud. I think their one of those companies that undermines its customers and sells an idea of a thing rather than the thing itself. If you are reading this review and were thinking of installing net99 fibre, my advice to you you are better off without internet than with net99. Trust me, the only thing you are certainly paying for from them is guaranteed frustration, PERIOD! Save your money and precious time. Look somewhere else. The only thing they do best is apologies and look into the matter and trust me thats all you'll get.
