Worst fibre internet service provider

This is the worst fibre internet service provider by far. They don't care about their customers and always have false promises and never deliver. I've been out of internet for 8 days now and no one takes account for it. They keep saying the maintenance team will come and assist to sort the problem out and 8 days later I'm still waiting. I've called several times and spoken to several consultants on whatsapp as well and they all say the matter will be escalated and I'll get help the following day. I work from home so it's been an absolute nightmare!!! Their mobile app is just as ******* as everything. No one should ever consider installing fibre with them especially if you're in the West Rand area, Kagiso specifically. Very very poor service!
