Wi-Fi outage every night

Hi, I am disappointed that we are put under Wi-Fi shedding, every night just after 8pm the network is offline,till morning last night it was a bit early just before midnight.

Rooter was changed, network news globally read but funny enough my neighbor and other people around us have never experienced what we go through daily. Why is network not affect everyone but my home?

I wish the technician can come from 8:15pm till morning to see why that happens, not the story of global outage. Monthly premium are paid without outage, load shedding can also not be used as an excuse.

Dissapointed net nine nine user that actually recommended the service provider to my neighbors, who now enjoy benefit but I'm not.
