Useless Service provider

I just recently joined this internet service provider, I must say this is the worst service provider ever. After completing a debit order form with them they automatically terminated my service with Mweb without confirming when I would like to start with them. The fibre line is not consistent always up and down. When you call them you stay on hold for 30 minutes or more until you decide to hang up. When you do get hold of someone, no one has an answer or they tell you they will get someone else to call but this never happens. If you are considering changing your fibre internet provider, please do not consider Net Nine Nine, you will regret it...
