Useless ISP

Saturday 2025/01/18 my Router had a LOS light blinking so as a result I did not have internet. Immediately reported the fault and it was only resolved in Sunday at about 18:00 if I am not mistaken. So yesterday I sent an email and wanted to know if I will be credited for the time I was connected. The response from my email is No credit will be arranged. It's now Tuesday and again I am experiencing the same LOS blinking light without any internet. I am tired of this ISP bathong and this are the same people that have programmed their system that once they go into your account and the debit order comes back unpaid, you connections get immediately suspended. This is the most useless ISP and they are the only ISP in Kagiso, Krugersdorp.
