Unfair and poor Service from Net Nine Nine in Kagiso 2 West Rand.

I am disappointed with this company they cut off my internet for no reason , I paid for a full month(April). I sent several proofs that I covered the payment yet they still said my account is long overdue I'm currently being disconnected from my fully paid internet. 😡
