Unauthorized / ******** debits!

I cancelled my subscription 10-11 months ago because I was moving to an area with no coverage. But they have been going into my account to deduct, no matter how many times I have asked them to stop. I don't have/use their services anymore. What the hell is wrong with these people? I am accumulating charges for something I no longer have.
