Unauthorised Debit Orders and *********** Staffll

This is the second month Net Nine Nine running unauthorised debit order on my wife account and to my surprise today they have also debited my account unauthorised, I went to the branch at Rocklands in Bloemfontein and the *********** staff couldn't help
