Unable to stream

I am still not able to Stream DSTV, SABC and ETV via Net Nine Nine but can stream easily with my Mobile Data and pocket router. NetNineNine now when a case is logged with them, they will wait until it ages and only notify you after it has aged and they have closed. What they are very consistent with is you were to pay today and didn't they without any fail quick to suspend your service.
