Tired! Frustrated! Annoyed!
I am writing to express my frustration with the service. The network has been extremely unstable, and the constant buffering makes it impossible to stream content. Please look into this and resolve the issue immediately. If the connection quality does not improve, I will be forced to cancel my subscription and move to another provider.
