THE WORST INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER A ****!!!

I am here again, as per usual, we got an sms stating that Net 99 didn't get payment, and yet they didn't debit in the first place....I have been on the line for more than 15 min waiting for their accounts department to pick up. Every month or every fortnite there is always an issue with net nine nine. What are they doing in that company that is so outdated and annoying. I am no convinced that they get bonuses to inconvenience clients. The worst part is, evotel made us use net nine nine and removed other ISPs, so we are stuck with incompetence accompanied with arrogance. We need more ISPs, Net Nine Nine is not innovative as they want to be, they can't pick up calls or run a debit....can you guys pull your socks up or stop monopolizing our area with your bare minimum service.
