The customer service is VERY Bad

The customer service is VERY Bad. I won't pretend as if I'm happy whereas I'm not, i made the payment of my package on Friday and the installation team came to install the fibre line and the router. They did all the installation and told me that my router will be ready in few hours, but instead it took the whole day ,even today on Sunday I'm still not connected. when I try to contact the people who helped me with the registrations and payment they don't answer. Instead I've got to do all the follow up by myself and call them to remind them that I'm still waiting for someone to help me. I'm really not happy. You guys deserve 1 star rating 👎🏼
