Technical issue leading to connection problem

Working from home unsing Net99 fibre, and upon have a very serious technical issue wich i did my self i called Net99 at night aroud 7pm and was assisted by Thando who really did his best to make sure that he help me with the problem i had, and that means i dont have to go back to work at the office tomorrow morning but to justcrelax and enjoy my work from home 10stars to you Thando,,thanks again a million😊🫡👊
