RIDICULOUS services
Net Nine Nine Ticket Opened [#127567] and 127551 I must say I’m not shocked rather DISSAPPOINTED/APPALLED with your service on above mentioned ticket numbers which the matter is resolved only when I went to check if the matter is still existing only to find out that it has and that no one even your technicians did not bother to inform me / knock as I’ve been home the whole day on top of your RIDICULOUS turnaround time 72 hours even when the issue seem dangerous/hazardous to more especially children playing around and stressed on its urgency.
