Refund me my bank charges

I need you guys to pay me back my bank charges. My debit date is the 25th and you don't debit my account. I then call you call center every month and make a peaches payment but you still go on the 29 and the 30 to try and debit my account and I paid on the 25th. I went to your branch in Kagiso still you try to debit my account again and again. I showed the manager the bank statement. This is affecting my credit score and makes more bank charges. So I want you to pay me back my bank charges from October to January every month I get charged R105 for the payment that I have already made. I'm tired of this.
