Reconnected

I received an SMS that said I am in arrears and I logged in a ticket. I was called by a young lady named Nqobile regarding my suspension because I did not understand why my account was in arrears, she spoke to me with so much respect and was patient with me and explained why I was in arrears. Now my service is active. Excellent customer service from her.
