Really poor service
The worst call centre agents. They don’t know what they are doing, my internet is down and the password I have been using all this time is not working after i spoke to one of the agents.
Why the hell did they change my password? Their app is useless & I’m not able to change or update my WiFi password & also I’m unable to get into the router with the details at the back of the router.
Even their call centre close early, now I’m sitting here without internet.
******* internet, I will never recommend this ISP to anyone.
