Ive been trying to get hold of you since 5 oclock. Even went to submit a ticket. Dont know when your wifi went off, because its off now, and havent receive any sms or update that you are doing maintenance or something. We are paying for full month of services and not part time so please get to the party. This is not on. Please call me. ***

Unfortunately our office hours begin at eight in the morning, but our support team has been actively working alongside Evotel to resolve the trouble in Kathu. Evotel has informed us that their backhaul services in the region have lost connection. We currently don't have any ETA on the repair, but Evotel has raised notices and informed us that communications have been dispatched to your region.
