Profit over Delivery
After staying 4 days without connectivity, we got connected on Thursday, 14th, but the connection only lasted for 4 days. Since Monday the 18th, we have no connection.
I need to know, are we going to have intermittent connectivity due to the incompetence of the workmanship, or just that you put profit over customer satisfaction.
The other issue is how bad the connection at the pole looks. I have pictures.

20 Aug 2025, 07:55It has come to our attention that, due to how bad the connections on the pole look, each time one line is working and someone reports a fault, the technicians would fix the other complainant's line with the one that is working. So the lines are only fixed temporarily instead of keeping the lines open. At this point you are just making your customers more angrier as they don't want to see technicians in the area.

20 Aug 2025, 08:48Do you know how frustrating it is to pay for a service you are not using? Come month-end, you want your full monthly subscription for a service that is not there. Who is fooling who?
