Poor service

I activated my subscription on the 14th of October 2026 and the Internet only worked for 30 minutes. I requested the fix this, all I recieved was a ticket number ***. I then request that they refund me and they promised they will call me. When you call their support line they will keep saying you are number 14 and you will hold for an hour till they cut the line. I do not understand what kind of fibre is this one tjheeeer my money gone for nothing
