Poor Service

I can't stress enough how this network has hindered me from performing my daily work duties. They were offline on 14/01/2024, again on 21/01/2024 and again on 23/01/2024 yet they still expect to debit the full amount on our paydays. As it is I'm looking for an alternative. Poor service
