Poor network and Pathetic Customer service and the lie you peddle to attract business.

Ever since I complained about my being unable to stream dstv and I'm doing sublimation printing using pictures, so am using a lot of apps to edit my pictures, now I also can't access other apps on my phone and laptop, ì have to buy data even though I have internet at home, I'm working from home. And the *** number they claim is a toll free number it's not, I complained about it too and nothing has been done about it. I used Rain for the past 4 years never experienced this ****py customer service. Will never recommend anyone to use, your customer service leaves much to be desired, I'm still of the opinion that they don't care cause they're serving the poor black community hence the ******** attitude they adopted towards their customers.
