Poor internet connection and customer service
It's been 3 days now without internet connection, red light flashing. I called to report on Thursday on ly to get a call from their maintenance member yesterday after 2pm when there's no one at home and told me they work untill 4pm no exception. They don't credit you for the days without internet connection.

12 Sept 2026, 08:48Good morning Dimakatso,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience caused by the extended loss of connectivity and the delay in receiving assistance.
We can confirm that Kagiso and other locations across the West Rand are currently affected by a broader network disruption. The issue originates from infrastructure managed by our upstream Fibre Network Operator (FNO), who is actively working to restore connectivity across the affected areas.
We acknowledge your concerns regarding the maintenance visit and understand how frustrating it was that the timing did not align with your availability. As the current issue is affecting the broader network, restoration efforts are being carried out on the affected infrastructure.
Regarding downtime credits, these are assessed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and the duration and circumstances of the disruption.
Updates on the restoration progress will continue to be communicated through our Network Status page on our website as they are received from the FNO.
