Payments made but account SUSPENDED
I am wondering if I am the only one who is not getting any good service from a ****a Shop called Net99. This is the worst ISP and wonder how did they even get permission to operate as an ISP.
Made 2 payments on 2023/04/03. The payments show that they off from both me bank accounts. This morning I wake up and my service have been suspended and also an email sent at 02:02 AM informing of the Suspension even though I spoke to an agent on 2023/04/05 and he confirmed receipt of payment.
The unfortunate part is where I am staying now Net99 is the only ISP and one wonders why that should be the case. Why are the no competition so that if I am not happy with them then I can go elsewhere. This is not the first time i am complaining bout the ****a Shop and it's like they are not doing anything to improve their service. Why would they if they don't have competition anyway? I never had the problems I am having with my Afrihost and hope that they will somehow be one of the ISPs in my area, KAGISO,KRUGERSDORP.
