PAYMENTS
Poor service
I have been struggling to get help for the past month with making payment. When i log onto my account it says i dont have any packages meanwhile I have. when we try to call your lines seems like one works there since the phone is never answered! I cant wait for 2 month just to make payment. IS THERE SOMEBODY WHO CAN ATKLEAST TRY TO HELP ME IN THIS MATTER?

01 Jul 2022, 09:43I spoke to a guy called Coenie, he helped me and took me step by step on what i had to do. He also explained to me that I had 2 active accounts, which is now sorted.
