Paying for service not rendered

We have an existing WiFi with Net Nine and it seems every month the service is disconnected.We have to go to the offices before service can be reconnected.This time we went to Kagiso office more than twice and service is still not restored.When we go to the office we are told that service will be restored when we get home .It is over 5 days and service is still not restored.This is really bad customer service and inconvenience since we are paying for service not rendered
