Pathetic service
I have paid my monthly subscription and my internet is not working from last night, this morning i was asked if i paid which is i did, they advise that they will assist till now there is nothing. I am just waiting for Jesus to come back to the world. I always experience the same with Net nine nine.

12 Jul 2024, 15:41This network is horrible, someone from WhatsApp advise me that they have perfomed reconfigure after 30 mins my network will be fine till now there is nothing and am sending them whatspp they are not replying, how can i cancel this contract am tired.
