Pathetic Customer service

I've been battling to get help I can't access my Dstv stream, spoke to one Kananelo and he promised to fix my problem and he will get back to me, it's already the 3rd day still experiencing the problem and Kananelo hasn't bothered to get back to me. Yesterday I called again spoke to a lady who promised also to sort out my problem I'm still waiting for her call back ever since yesterday morning, last Net nine nine lies to us that they have call free number cause you use your own airtime even if you dialed that toll free number, I spoke to Kananelo. Their service is pathetic and I believe they're doing this cause they're servicing the black community, unfortunately I'm still tied up with them.
