Pathetic connectivity
I’ve just moved over from mweb to Net99 and the connectivity is absolutely pathetic. In some spots in my house, I can’t even make a WhatsApp call. I work from home and my network continuously drops and picks up. When I connected my fibre provider, they told me that I’d only get good connection if I’m connected via LAN. I’ve tried contacting Net99 numerous times only to be transferred to someone and have my call immediately cut.
