Out of connection for 24+ hours

We last had connection at 00:00 06 July, it is now 08:15 08 July and still no connection. All we get is “ Hi Theo, there's still an ongoing Net99 outage in your area & our technicians are actively working on-site to ensure that the network is restored.” For that long? No we ain’t stupid. You should have told us that your technicians don’t work during weekends than to make us fools.
