Operators improved my experience with the line

I've experienced my fair share of issues with operators as well as my line, some of which painted to an absolutely poor image for the provider. That was (on separate times) until I spoke to Uveshni in regards to line support and Kagiso in regards to billing issues.

Despite the challenges faced with the fibre line, Uveshni and Kagiso went beyond to assist me in resolving the issue(s). They were patient, understanding, and took the time to explain the situation to me in a way that was easy to understand. They were both knowledgeable and professional, and their willingness to help made a big difference.

I was impressed with the level of customer service I received from them. They listened to my concerns, kept me informed of progress, and provided regular updates until the issue was resolved. They also took the time to follow up with me after the issue was resolved to ensure that everything was working as it should.
